...not posting new recipes.
I was very busy the last months trying out some new recipes and overworking the old ones.
Here my changes:
margarine = coconut oil
(better for baking than vegetable oils - omega fatty acids and too much heat is not very healty)
cane sugar = fruit sugar
(is sweeter, you need less sugar)
dark brown sugar = sugar beet molasses
(tastes great and more healthy)
soy milk (alpro) = oat milk (oatly)
(too much soy milk is not that good*)
I'm working on some cookie recipes like chocolate chip cookies or snickerdoodles and some typical German cookies cause autumn is coming to town and I want something sweet for my tea.
My oven is broken and I hope the new one will arrive soon.
So...that's it from me, for this week.
Hope I can write next week something interesting.
