for 38-40 Snickerdoodles

225g margarine
350g normal sugar
1tsp vanilla
45g Soymilk + 35g cornstarch ("Puddingpulver" e.g. from Dr Oetker)
525g flour
1/2tsp salt
2ML* baking powder and soda-mix
+ extra sugar-cinnamon-mixture for rolling the snickerdoodles
Split dough up into 4 parts, form rolls, put them into fridge for 20mins, cut the roll into pieces, form balls and roll into sugar-mix, flatten them with a glass till they are 5mm thick.
bake at 170°C for 15mins

My little cousins love them!!!
This may also work well as a basic recipe for "Heidesand". ;)
